Plainview Rotary Club members Lydia Castillo, Charles Starnes, Kim Street and Steve Long were excellently trained by District Governor Elect Susan Brints (center right) at Lone Star President Elect Training Seminar held at the DFW Hyatt Regency Hotel February 25-28. With the PETS training they can serve their town and the world with outstanding programs and projects throughout the upcoming Rotary year. Lydia is the incoming president for the 75-member Plainview Rotary Club, Charles will be District Governor following Susan, Kim will follow Lydia as president, and Steve serves as District trainer.
