Rotarian Red Baker (right) invited Ports-to-Plains board president John Bertsch and Executive Director Duffy Hinkle to tell us about the history, progress, and plans for the Ports-to-Plains transportation corridor. Duffy gave us an excellent report about the benefits and challenges regarding this important initiative.
