There are People of Action right here in Plainview who are making our city, our region, and our world a better place. The Rotary Club of Plainview is the only service club in Plainview that has consistently met during the COVID pandemic using Zoom technology. Rotarians are People of Action. We have connected with organizations around the world during the past two months and have supported COVID-related economic relief efforts in Plainview with donations of $5,000.
We invite you to join community leaders who seek service above self. Together, we protect COVID medical professionals with 3D printed PPE; we cheer residents of area nursing homes with homemade Valentine's Day cards; we encourage students to active secondary school attendance through Perfect Attendance awards; and we support those whose lives have been disrupted by COVID-prevention through funding non-profit organizations.
