JB Roberts visits with Paul Kite and Andrew Freeman after the March 22 meeting of the Plainview Rotary Club. Paul, the City of Plainview's Supervisor of Water Production, gave an excellent report on the state of our municipal water supply. Plainview's water is better in all respects regarding the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality specifications. Two concerns are the longevity of our ground water supply and our aging infrastructure. Paul indicated that the city is making congregating plans to ensure a reliable, safe, and abundant water supply for our citizens.
